Wedding Wish List: Bridesmaids

I don't see us having a huge Wedding with a gigantic Wedding party.  I picture it being a smaller, more intimate Wedding with our close friends, family and church family.  Regardless of who/how many ladies I have standing by my side, I want to make sure they have something lovely, modest and can be integrated into their closet to be worn again.  Nobody wants to end up like Katherine Heigl in "27 Dresses".  :o)

I'm still not 100% decided on colors and such, but I can totally picture dress #2 in aqua.  ;)

Wedding Wish List: The Cake

It seems to me at just about every Wedding, the cake is almost as big of a deal as the dress.  The cake is the centerpiece of the reception.  The cake usually shows off the theme of the wedding and the personal style of the bride (and groom).  I have learned a lot about myself and my personality just by browsing cakes on the internet.  I quickly learned my likes and dislikes...and surprised myself a little.

 I knew I wanted something fairly simple, vintage-looking, but I surprised myself with the "buttons".  
I have never seem them on a cake before and fell in love with them instantly!!! 

Still haven't done much narrowing down yet, but I'm loving just discovering myself along the way.  :) 

Wedding Wish List: The Dress

Even though we have not yet set a date, I'm just like every other girl and that is not going to stop me from planning the Wedding (in my head and on Pinterest) at least.

 If I could acquire any dress to get married in, it would hands down be this one.  

My vision is: lace, cocktail length, vintage look, off-white.
