My Favorite Things Thursday

I missed it last week, because I was otherwise engaged...but I'm back to join Carolyn for another installment of My Favorite Things Thursday.
I'm so excited to share with you guys my current favorite thing.
I still can't remember how I stumbled across Sherry's blogs HE{ART} and Altered to Perfection but I have enjoyed getting to know her, her beautiful family and seeing all the lovely things she creates.
Recently, she posted some journals that she had custom-made....and I knew I had to have one.
I placed my order thru her Etsy shop, then she emailed me with some questions to get to better know my personality and likes and such.
My favorite colors: turquoise and purple
My favorite Bible verse: Psalm 18:30
My style: Vintage
There were a few other things that I can't recall at the moment.
Regardless, she NAILED it!
She absolutely made it perfectly for ME!  (Guess that's why it's called Altered to Perfection!)  ;)

She put such thought and detail into it.

She even made a pocket on the inside cover and included some cute bookmarks.

I absolutely LOVE it!!  I have written in it every morning since I got it.
I am not a "diary" type person.  I just write down notes from my devotions, prayer requests or just whatever it on my mind/heart at the moment.
It really has been my favorite thing and will continue to be for a very long time!

These are a few of my favorite things...

Today I am linking up with Carolyn at Silly Happy Sweet for "My Favorite Things Thursday".  I just recently discovered Carolyn's blog and am enjoying it.  She's a sweet and talented lady!  

Can anyone use the phrase "my favorite things" without singing it like Julie Andrews?  I think not.  ;)

Anyways, I wanted to share with you guys a few of my favorite things these week.  

These are my top 5:

Oh, Britney...you are (or used to be) coo-coo for cocoa-puffs...but I LOVE your perfumes!  Curious is my favorite of them all.  I just recently ran out of my perfume, but didn't sweat it since I have my souffle I can use and it works just as good.  It's so smooth, not greasy and smells divine!

I have to admit that I hate washing my face.  I do it every morning in the shower, but any other time I tend to opt out.  That is why cleansing wipes are best.  I can use them to wipe away my make-up before bed and it makes my skin feel great and like my Curious...it smells awesome!

I am new to discovering Laughing Cow, but I quickly became a believer.  They come in little individually wrapped wedges for convenience.  Eaten with pretzels, it is a low-calorie and delicious snack!  Yum!

How can you not love a pink rhinestone tape dispenser?  The kids got it for me for Christmas.  It's so me!

$6 Payless flip-flops.  Enough said.
