Fantastic.
Fantastically Crazy Busy.
That pretty much sums up last week.
It was hands down, the.busiest.week of my life.
It was also one of the most rewarding too!
The Lord abundantly filled my heart!
I haven't worked with kids in a really long time. ( I worked at a daycare during college.)
I haven't ever taught a lesson or anything along those lines.
So, you can imagine with it being my first VBS and my first time teaching a class, that I was a little nervous to say the least.
My stomach was in knots Monday morning.
All of that quickly subsided when I saw the excited faces and smiles of those precious kids.
God eased my anxieties and we had an AWESOME week!
The kids played games, sang fun songs, memorized Bible verses, learned about Missionary John Williams, and most importantly several of them asked Jesus into their hearts.
VBS 2012...SUCCESS!
Wahoo! So glad to hear you had an amazing VBS! God is faithful! I'm sure those kids were so blessed to have you!
